What it costs

One rate: ₹10 for every 20 entries. That is the whole price. No GST, no delivery fee, no minimum order.

A part block counts as one block. So 25 entries cost the same as 40.

Why is it so cheap? Because there is not much to pay for. One person does this work. There is a template that does most of the shaping, and the typing is done in batches in the evening. No office, no staff, no middleman. So the price stays small and we tell you exactly where it comes from.

How it works

Four steps. The whole thing happens on WhatsApp.

1 Photograph

Take photos of every page

Open your register and photograph one page at a time. Your phone camera is enough.

Sit near a window or a bright light. Keep the page flat. Check that the names and the amounts are easy to read on the photo before you move on.

2 Send

Send the photos to us

Send them on WhatsApp to +91 90231 86669. Email works too.

Tell us your name, your city, and roughly how many entries there are. That is all we need to start.

3 Pay

We quote, you pay, we type it out

We look at the photos and count the entries. Then we tell you the exact price.

You pay by UPI before we start. Your file is ready in 1-2 working days. Usually faster.

4 Import

Open the file in the app

We send you one file. Save it on your phone.

In Shagun Tracker, open the side menu, tap Import, then choose Import Backup and pick the file. Every entry from your register is there.

Your photos, and what happens to them

Your register holds the names of your family and friends. Here is exactly how we handle it.

We only get the photos you send. Nothing is taken from your phone. There is no app to install for this and no form to fill in.
One person reads them. That is Ishan, in Chandigarh. The photos are not sent to anyone else and no one else is hired to type them.
We never sell, share or post them. Your register is not shown as a sample, not put on social media, and not added to any mailing list.
We delete them within 7 days of sending you your file. The typed file is deleted at the same time. After that we hold nothing. Keep your own copy safe.
The app itself still sends nothing. Shagun Tracker has no account, no sign-up and no server of ours. Your records sit on your phone. The only part of the app that goes online is the optional Scan Register feature, which you choose to use.

How to pay

We quote your price first. You pay by UPI before we start typing. Send us the screenshot and we begin.

Payment details come on WhatsApp. Once we have seen your photos and quoted the price, we send you the UPI ID on the same chat. Pay from any UPI app, send the screenshot, and we start the same day.

How do I pay?

By UPI, before we start. We send you the payment details once we have quoted your price. Send us the screenshot and we begin typing.

How long does it take?

Your file is ready in 1-2 working days from the time you pay. That is our outer limit. Most registers come back sooner.

Is my handwriting a problem?

We read Hindi and English handwriting every day. If a page really cannot be read, we tell you before you pay, and we do not charge you for it.

How many entries can you do?

There is no minimum and no maximum. Twenty entries or two thousand, the rate is the same.

Do I need the app first?

Yes. Install Shagun Tracker from Google Play. It is free. The app is on Android only for now; there is no iPhone version yet.

What file do I actually get?

One backup file for Shagun Tracker. You open it in the app through Import, then Import Backup. It is not a photo and not a PDF.

I already use the app. What happens to my old entries?

Nothing. Importing never overwrites anything. The file adds your register to the app as a new event, and any event that is already there is skipped, not replaced. Every entry you have already saved stays exactly as it is.

Can I check the file before I keep it?

Yes. Open it in the app and read through it. If you find a mistake, tell us and we fix it free.

Do you keep my photos?

No. We delete them within 7 days of sending you the file. The typed file goes with them.

Is there GST on top?

No. There is no GST, no delivery fee and no service charge. The price you see is the price you pay.
