Is the app really free? ▾

Yes, Shagun Tracker is completely free to download and use. The export feature is free until October 1, 2026, after which it may become a paid feature.

Does the app need internet? ▾

No. Shagun Tracker works 100% offline. It never connects to the internet. Your data stays on your device.

What happens if I uninstall the app? ▾

All data will be permanently deleted. We strongly recommend exporting your data as JSON backup before uninstalling. You can import the backup later.

Can I transfer data to a new phone? ▾

Yes! Export your data as JSON from the old phone, transfer the file (via email, WhatsApp, or cloud storage), and import it on the new phone.

Is my data safe? ▾

Your data is stored locally on your device and is never sent anywhere. You can also lock events with a 6-digit PIN for extra privacy. We recommend using your device's built-in security (screen lock, biometrics) as well.

Which languages are supported? ▾

Currently English and Hindi. You can switch between languages with a single tap from the home screen.

Can I import data from a CSV file? ▾

Yes! You can import entries from a CSV spreadsheet. The app auto-detects columns like Person Name, Address, Contact, Relation, Gift Type, and Amount. You can also download a sample CSV from the import screen.
